The most important thing is to respect not only the drivers and passengers around you but the environment you are passing through as well. Just because you have access to an automobile and enough knowledge and skill to drive it doesn't give you the right to do whatever you want, when you want. Like John Stuart Mill, ask yourself who else is affected by your actions and modify your behaviour
accordingly. Ask yourself whether you have the right to impose yourself
on others, and when. Is it enough reason to speed, burn rubber and generally
ignore those around you simply because you can?
